Our attitude to food - it should be fresh, simple, honest, and affordable. It should be made from high quality seasonal ingredients and prepared by passionate professionals.

Our meat is provided by Natural Farms Ltd who share our concerns for animal welfare and the environment and are passionate that their quality meat is "traceable from farm gate to plate".

Our fish is sourced from Poisson of Cockfosters, a traditional family business who source a majority of their fish from local "day-boats" thus ensuring top quality and exceptional freshness.

It's fair to say that our attitude towards the maintenance of high standards in the kitchen is once again far from Cavalier
